To access remotely to EIU.com products and services you need to obtain a user ID which should be created using the EIU link below from one of the computers inside ECLAC locations.
You will see the following message at the top of the page:
"TO REGISTER: To set up a user account to receive alerts and see EIU content from any offsite computer (such as when working from home or travelling), while onsite at any UN facility, please click here."
Click on the link and follow the instructions to obtain an ID. That ID will allow you to access eiu.com from outside ECLAC.
