Depository libraries located around the world are responsible for maintaining copies of documentation from the United Nations. Currently, most documentation is available electronically through the UN Digital Library in the 6 official languages of the Organization.

The UN iLibrary also offers the most recent flaships and publications in digital format.

ECLAC Library, although is not a depository library of United Nations documents, has maintained a collection of documents related to economic and social development, emanating from the General Assembly (A /) and the Council Economic and Social Council (E /). The selection of United Nations documentation is part of the overall policy of managing collections of the Library, taking into account the work of the ECLAC, geographical coverage and availability of documents in other media.

To order publications from the United Nations please contact the Sales Section in New York.
