The electronic resources of ECLAC are IP authenticated, meaning that once you are connected to the ECLAC network you have full access to electronic resources curated by the Library. However, accessing the electronic resources when you are out of network range has been restricted due to license agreements.

The Library’s electronic resources are now discoverable using your Unite ID Active Directory credentials. ECLAC staff members can access electronic resources which are subscribed to and paid for by ECLAC from the comfort of their homes and while on mission. See a full listing of electronic resources here: https://biblioguias.cepal.org/az.php

This is a new service (as of October 2019). Please contact the library for more information at biblioteca@cepal.org.
