ECLAC staff may request materials not in the Library’s collections when they are required for official work. The Library will do its best to obtain the requested publications via Interlibrary Loan with libraries in Santiago or the libraries of the United Nations system. Success will depend on the availability of the items needed and the loan policies of each institution. Requests can be made to the Reference Service by telephone (# 2337) or by e-mail.
